We have an excellent group of technical people on the ship with a wide range of expertise but there are still a few aspects of the WWII technology that stump them. On this section of the website we'll post our stumpers and beg for your help in identifying and explaining them. If you can help us please email erik@ussslater.org. This contraption is located on the motor control panel in the aft motor room (B4). We have a few guesses as to what it does but don't know for sure. Anyone have any ideas?
