Fryer, Deep Fat, Griswold Co., model 4012, 12KW, 440volts

Oven, electric, Roasting, Edison-Hotpoint, 12kw, 440v, 3ph, 60cy.

This original Slater equipment has been upgraded over the years and we would like to restore the original. The ranges and fryer are now by Luminox and were probably placed by the Hellenic Navy.

coppers "Coppers" are typically by Legion Utensil: Kettle, Steam Jacketed, (copper), Legion - Utensils Corp. Required for the Galley are two (2) - 20 gallon capacity and one (1) - 50 gallon capacity. For the Mess Deck we require a similar 10 gallon capacity "copper". We would be looking for ones manufactured and/or dated from 1940 to 1945.
